Pros - Gas Stove

Another issue with a gas stove is dealing with an unlit gas burner that hasn’t been fully turned off. If left unlit, gas will seep into the air, potentially causing some damage.

Besides providing an easy cleanup while looking extremely sleek, electric cooktops are less expensive than gas cooktops. They are easier to install so they make a better choice for people not wanting to spend a lot of money and a lot of time trying to figure out how to put their appliances together.

And while it’s an easy cleanup, if you don’t clean it up in a timely manner, you may be stuck with stains that need an immense amount of elbow grease to remove. Also, it’s important to point out that if the power goes out, so does your stove.
